Tom has been blessed with a long and fulfilling career serving in a variety of capacities including: Account Manager, Director of Training, Sales Manager, and Project Manager in the residential and commercial construction industries; Director of Media Production, Pastor on Call, Web Developer, and IT Administrator in Christian ministry, and Communications Specialist managing and operating an award-winning information clearinghouse and online portal for the U.S. Department of Energy at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and National Center for Appropriate Technology.
As a Senior Minerals Specialist with Investicour Group, Tom brings extensive sales, marketing, and customer service experience along with a deep desire to serve others. He has trained and mentored staff and co-workers for more than three decades and still finds great joy in seeing “the light come on” while coaching and training.
He received a B.S. in Professional and Technical Communications from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology (a.k.a. Montana Tech) in 1982. Tom has since led and participated on multi-disciplinary teams that have educated hundreds of clients on the nuances of the insurance storm claim process, and disseminated information and provided technical assistance to thousands of people for implementing energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies.
Tom and his wife, Lisa, have been happily married for 33 years, have raised two amazing children, and now have the good fortune to spend time playing with their three beautiful grandchildren.
